This is a climb which isn’t well known to cyclists as Foott Road is a dead end road.  This ones for those that love a sense of adventure and love their riding gravel.  It’s short, steep & nasty!

Foott Road climb

The climb starts at the base of Foott Road next to the creek.

Whilst hard, the gradient is pretty steady throughout, but as you can see in the images there is only a limited riding line.

This one’s suited more for a MTB or CX bike.

Whilst only short, this climb packs a real punch and you’ll be relieved when you get to the end of the climb is just after this rise.

Near the top of the climb is an access path to one of Melbourne’s greatest MTB parks the Dallas Brooks Scout camp. If you love a good hike or enjoy MTBing come and try it out.
