For a sense of adventure travel & explore some of the great dirt roads that Cardinia has to offer. Located in Harkaway, this climb offers you a chance to travel down some of the roads less traveled. Get out and enjoy the peace & tranquility that this area has to offer. Whilst not overly long, this climb also offers some challenging gradients.
The climb starts at the corner of Robinson Road & Halleur Road
The first 600 metres are steep with gradients ranging between 8% – 12%.
To either side of the road you will see some incredible views, and if the weathers good can get some good photos around here.
You will start to pass some large properties and the road will flatten out for around 200 metres.
As you come to the bend (pictured above) the gradient ramps up again. You will continue to climb for another 400 metres or so. Be mindful that the road is narrow so take care if you see any vehicles on the road.
The climb finishes at the intersection of Halleur Road and Harkaway Road.
