Glenvale Road climb

Glenvale Road is one of the hardest backstreet climbs you will find in Victoria.  And one for the pure hill junkies.  There is quite a steep descent leading up to the base of the climb.  You maybe able to hit speeds in excess of 60 km/h at the base of this climb.   What goes down.  Must come up……

Glenvale Road is a solid wall of pain.  The gradients in on the ugly side of 20% and incredibly steep.  Good luck getting up this one without walking.  Much blood, sweat & tears have been shed on its steep surface, and this climb has brought many a rider to tears.
